Yes! Each piece is thoroughly coated with a sealant to make it durable and water-resistant. That being said, they are made of paper and are not water proof. While a rainy day shouldn't stop you from showing off your super cute accessories, these items should not be submerged in water.

Unfortunately, shipping is only available in the United States of America at this time
